Job Description
- Attending customers’ feedback & complaints ( through walk-in, call-in , e-mail or Digital Apps )
- As a channel of communication between customers and other departments in solving issues faced by house purchasers & township residents
- Handing over keys to house buyers and assisting them in the usage of feedback digital Apps
- Handling other tasks ( Sponsorships, Events ) as when required.
