Customer Relations Officer

Job Description

  • Attending customers’ feedback & complaints ( through walk-in, call-in , e-mail or Digital Apps )
  • As a channel of communication between customers and other departments in solving issues faced by house purchasers & township residents
  • Handing over keys to house buyers and assisting them in the usage of feedback digital Apps
  • Handling other tasks ( Sponsorships, Events ) as when required.


  • Effective communication skills, patient and calm personality
  • Can work in a team
  • Digitally inclined
